This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) describes the cancellation, renewal, and refund practices applicable to software products, cloud services, websites, applications, APIs, and subscription-based services (“Services”) operated by Fluixio Technologies Private Limited (“Fluixio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), unless a product-specific policy expressly states otherwise.

By purchasing or subscribing to any Fluixio Service, you explicitly agree to be bound by the guidelines stated in this Policy.

Fluixio develops and operates multiple unique software products. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, free trials, promotional offers, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility may vary fundamentally between independent offerings. Where a product-specific configuration workflow, checkout interface, or direct enterprise agreement provides divergent parameters, those distinct product terms override this Policy for that item.

Paid Services are provisioned based on one-time, recurring, monthly, annual, or specialized multi-tier billing intervals depending on the product target. Recurring frameworks automatically process renewal billing cycles unless successfully cancelled prior to the subsequent incoming billing event date.

Some products maintain trial structures to permit system assessment. Availability, run span, verification constraints, and specific limitations are handled per-product and are adjustable without notification loops.

⚠️ Strict Limit: Unless noted on a distinct offer page, accounts or business organizations are strictly restricted to a single (1) free trial period per product.

Customers can cancel automated recurring subscriptions inside the user management profile panel anytime before the upcoming auto-charge window. Successful cancellations safely block future automated invoice intervals but do not sever workspace access lines immediately.

Access layers remain available to the account until the conclusion of the already paid subscription cycle. No future recurring payments apply following cancellation, barring pending historical outstanding balances.

This strict rule covers instances involving, but not restricted to, the following conditions:

Where validation engines process a payment completely but application provisioning logic fails to deploy the plan parameters due to an issue direct to Fluixio, we will execute reasonable technical adjustments to force deploy setup configurations. If systems cannot finalize access lines, Fluixio may provide an alternative remedy at its discretion, including sequence recycling or initiating a refund layout.

If a customer profile undergoes duplicate charges for an identical subscription module due to confirmed platform technical friction or network merchant processing conflicts, Fluixio will cross-reference internal database ledgers. Upon discovery of confirmation parameters, we will dispatch a direct chargeback remedy, reverse tracking fees, or provision credit blocks.

If a transaction undergoes forced reversal or banking chargeback execution without providing Fluixio an initial investigatory window to clarify the framework logs, we reserve the absolute right to suspend or completely discontinue platform infrastructure access arrays across all linked spaces during the auditing period.

Unless explicitly specified inside a product checkout summary card, customers maintain exclusive responsibility for matching applicable regional taxes, localized duties, government levies, or payment partner processing margins.

Reductions, temporary promotional tier options, markdown allocations, or coupon validation flags remain explicitly subject to the tracking guidelines defined on that individual campaign structure. Promotional code parameters cannot be layered or combined unless expressly certified by Fluixio engineering.

Fluixio maintains the option to modulate software platform catalog pricing thresholds from time to time. Cost updates do not retroactively alter parameters for an active, pre-paid allocation block but apply automatically to the incoming renewed plan phase, with advanced warning updates provided where required by regulatory framework guidelines.

In the event that Fluixio securely scales down, unpublishes, or permanently discontinues a designated paid commercial pipeline component, we will dispatch notifications to administrative logs. We will define an appropriate transition pipeline, ecosystem credit redistribution, or relative refund calculations where dictated by governing legal models or chosen under our absolute operational discretion.
